Upon activation of your Tigerpaw.com connection, the user (herein referred to as "Customer") agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Internet access: Tigerpaw.com will provide the Customer with an unlimited dial-up connection to the Internet. Please note that the following usage parameters are in effect:

1. If there is inactivity for 15 minutes (transmission to or from your connection) you will be logged off.
2. Note: You can start another 4-hour period immediately simply by reconnecting to the system.

Payment: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Please do not wait for an invoice to make your payment. A $25.00 (per month) late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Service will be suspended if payment is not received by the 15th of the month. Tigerpaw.com will charge $10.00 for service reconnection.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Tigerpaw.com Internet Service is offered on a month-to-month basis and prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment for the current month is due at the time of installation. Partial month pricing is pro-rated.
3. Billing is e-mailed on or near the 20th of each month. Payments are due by the 1st of the following month. If payment is not received by the due date, your account is subject to termination by the 10th day of the month.
4. It is your responsibility to pay and keep your account current.

Internet material: Customer is responsible for all content downloaded or uploaded using Tigerpaw.com. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the material, including but not limited to: contraction of viruses or worms; violation of copyright, trademark or service mark restrictions; and the breach of confidentiality limitations, trade secrets, patent restrictions or any other intellectual property rights (tangible or intangible) associated with the material. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tigerpaw.com from any claims resulting from use of this service, which damages you and/or another party.

Performance: Tigerpaw.com accepts no responsibility for damages suffered by you including, but not limited to, loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by Tigerpaw.com's negligence, system malfunctions or by Customer errors and/or omissions. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tigerpaw.com from any claims resulting from use of this service, which damages you and/or another party.

Use of Service: Customer is prohibited from reselling any service provided by Tigerpaw.com. Customer is prohibited from using Tigerpaw.com as a medium for a host server of any kind (e.g., Kazaa, Quake, etc.). Customer understands and agrees that this service may be used only for lawful purposes. Customer acknowledges that Tigerpaw.com is a commercial entity. Customer is prohibited from sending unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other Tigerpaw.com customers. Any violation of the aforementioned prohibitions will result in the immediate termination of the Customer's service.

Network Administration: This agreement provides the Customer with Internet bandwidth and up to 5 e-mail accounts. Tigerpaw.com does not express or imply any obligation to perform any network administration on Customer's system. Customer, or entity assigned by the Customer, is responsible for networking the Tigerpaw.com Internet connection to their system.

System Maintenance: Tigerpaw.com reserves the right, at any time, to suspend the Tigerpaw.com system for maintenance and upgrades. Customer understands and acknowledges that periodic system outages will result in a temporary absence of service. There are no refunds for service outages related to system maintenance,repair and upgrades.

User security: Customer is responsible for securing their system from other network users. Single connection users: To prevent other network users from accessing your computer system, Tigerpaw.com recommends the use of a Firewall/Router. Another security option is to disable File & Print Sharing on your system. If you want to share your system with other parties, we recommend that you configure it with a username and password to gain access. Multiple connections: Tigerpaw.com requires the use of a Firewall/Router.

Abuse of Service: Any use of your Tigerpaw.com connection that disrupts any or all of the Tigerpaw.com system (wireless or dial-up) is considered to be in violation of this Agreement. The propagation of computer viruses or worms, or the use of this network to make unauthorized entry to other computational, information, or communication devices or systems is a violation of this agreement. The use of Tigerpaw.com to modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary work in any form is a violation of this agreement. The broadcast of RIP - Routing Internet Protocol - by Customer is a violation of this agreement. Violation of the aforementioned prohibitions will result in the immediate termination of Customer's service. No refund will be granted for account termination due to abuse of service.

Account termination: Customer may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting Tigerpaw.com; however, there will be no refund of prepaid service fees. Tigerpaw.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate any Customer connection. Tigerpaw.com's liability for any discretionary account termination is limited to a refund of any prepaid monthly service fees and a buyback of the Customer's equipment at fair-market price.

Internet content disclaimer: Tigerpaw.com assumes no responsibility for the content contained on the Internet or otherwise available through the Tigerpaw.com network or from any source accessible via Tigerpaw.com Internet Service. Tigerpaw.com discloses and Customer acknowledges that there may be content on the Internet or otherwise available through Internet access provided by Tigerpaw.com, which may be offensive to some individuals (e.g., pornographic or sexually explicit material); or which may not be in compliance with local, state or federal laws, rules & regulations.

Governing Law and Venue: The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern the terms of this Agreement. The parties hereto stipulate and agree that the exclusive venue for the resolution of all disputes concerning this Agreement shall be Edgar County, Illinois.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with the standard Tigerpaw.com Internet Service Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no other representations or statements will be binding upon the parties. If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or un-enforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in force and effect.

Upon activation of your Tigerpaw Wireless connection, the user (herein referred to as "Customer") agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Internet access:> Tigerpaw.com will provide the Customer with a high-speed dedicated connection to the Internet using wireless technology. This includes 1 (one) public IP address. In addition to the high speed, dedicated connection, this account provides all of the standard features offered per our standard dial-up Internet connection.

Payment: Customer agrees to pay start-up costs and monthly access costs as outlined in the Tigerpaw Wireless pricing plan. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Please do not wait for an invoice to make your payment. A $25.00 (per month) late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Service will be suspended if payment is not received by the 15th of the month. Tigerpaw.com will charge $100.00 for service reconnection.

Equipment ownership: Unless otherwise specified, Customer agrees to assume ownership and all liability for the wireless Internet equipment. Equipment components are covered by a short-term limited parts and labor warranty (30 days) which goes into effect on the date of installation. Customer is encouraged to buy additional protection via an insurance policy (i.e., homeowners insurance).
